M-State downed UMass in a come from behind game.  Could no****ch it but helpful nephew gave his aunt his DirecTV info so she could watch on line.

Les Miles is now scratching his unemployed buttocks since LSU lost to Auburn. 

Cowboys and Bears tonight. 

Have been pounding the Hell out of the treadmill trying to get back under the frickin' red line.  Up to 4.5 miles or 70 minutes which is further/longer.  Trying for 3 or 4 times a week.

Sorry about that, I was visiting my daughter and kind of forgot about logging in. Last week was a hit and miss week. I really need to get back to exercising a bit more. 

Michigan is the real thing this year I think. It just feels like they are coming together a bit more every week. It's fun to watch. The Lions, not so much. With Harbough coaching the Wolverines, there was no more leverage for Les Miles I think. I wonder where he'll end up for sure. 

I'm not sure whats going to happen next weekend. My wife would like to go on a drive up north to view some colors. I may or may not be able to start the thread off. We'll see.
