I need to figure this traveling out better. Planning on a 40 mile bike ride through St Paul this morning.

I was supposed to be traveling to Tampa tomorrow, but redirected to Texas instead due to Irma. My coworkers were planning on a more easterly track for the storm, so I'm sure they are scrambling now. I haven't heard from them in a couple days because I'm sure they are VERY busy. I hope they are safe.

College football is in full swing, and yesterday watching Michigan win and Ohio State lose was as good of outcome as I could expect. Time to see what the Lions can do today.

Have a great week.

I've been hungry a lot this week. Blaming it on the cool gray Cleveland days we've been having. Eating can use a little mindfullnes. I found smoked almonds to be a tasty snack, but find I will go through the whole .5 cup container a dayat work, so that will stop. Maybe carrots and celery instead.

Good week to all!

Ok! At least in the correct direction! Been several days w/o SF Reese's in the house and happy to say also broke 71:00 minutes on treadmill this week. Still planning on getting under 70:00 by end of the year.

M-State hammered LA Tech Saturday. Next is LSU in Starkville. Be the first real challenging game for either team. Was watching the Cowboys give the Giants some payback for last year as I was nodding off. Nice to see Cowboys win. On to Denver to break the Broncos this Sunday.

Go do your thing!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

I keep losing!! I know why...But it's really strange. Again I stop most sugar between 2-3 pm. I stop all caffeine by 12 noon. Usually that caffeine is coffee, ice tea, and chocolate...Which has tons of sugar in them. I've cut down about 80 of my caffeine and sugar (to get a good night sleep). I got over 8 hours last night...I have major insomnia. The reason I am doing this is for the insomnia, but if you eat right and are active...The weigh should come off. Also I feel no hunger...I get that not full feeling and can tell when my blood sugar level is dropping...But no hunger pains. I turned 62 on Saturday...Could collect Social Security, but will wait till about 65 probably.

Anyways...Highest about 300

Date of surgery 272

Hit goal of 190 at 6 month and 10 days

Lowest 187

Regain highest about 235

It's going to be a LONG LONG year for the 49ers. Also Cal will never come back. They spent over $100,000,000. to remodel their stadium (earthquake proof). But, only the top students are allowed to go there. Most schools require a SAT of 700 to get in...Cal requires a 725. Plus you really need to be a serious student...Like Stanford or Northwestern. So many of the marginal students end up at USC or Oregon. Great for the educational process, but bad for the football team!! Also if you had conservative leanings that was OK at Cal...The free speech movement and all. Now, you take your life in your hands if you talk out loud about your conservative leanings there. So, many students just throw up their hands and say let's look elsewhere for our education...Sad

Such is life...Brian

My posts keep getting farther from Sunday. I've had so little time, haven't been on the site. Plus - a week ago last Sunday, I was really irritated with my results, but should have posted them anyway. I just had a bad week with food and exercise. Got myself back on track, I'm down to 181 this morning which is a new low weight for me.

Been really happy with my lunch this week - ate the same thing everyday: a 2.5 oz packet of tuna with some local hot sauce and a bag of Quest BBQ chips. 200 calories, 37g protein, 4g carbs, 4.5g fat, and tastes great! I'm sure I'll get bored of it soon.

Weekend's almost here!!
