Exercise okay this week. Eating - ehhh. Went to a baseball watch party for wife's alumni chapter Friday night. Strange bar-b-que and some too greasy French fries - not my friends. When I tell the Mrs. that it tasted to salty even for me - it was salty. Typical Texan I salt then taste not taste then salt. Glad I did not salt this time at all. Had an "oil slick" for the first time in a long time next morning. Went to extra innings (12) but end of 7 A&M up by 4 so we went home since we had hour drive. Should have turned it on when we got home. Walk off home run in bottom of the 12th won it for State.

Bought a car this weekend. Having some problems with it so I am not sure if I'm going to have use the 7 day return window.

Some oil slicks are worth it, but can be problematic. I've had too many lately so I have to tone down fat consumption.
