Nervous about surgery 9/3o

 Any suggestions to calm the nerves?

It's natural to feel nervous or scared! But your life is about to change in so many ways. You could look at before/after pics on here. That always helps me Congrats on your surgery tomorrow!! Wishing you an easy surgery and speedy recovery.

 You have nothing to be concerned with.  My surgery is done, I had a gastric plication wih the Endoflip option.  THis hospital and staff are absolutely amazing, cleaner than US Hospitals.  They clean my room 3 times a day!  

Pain was pretty negligible.  Up and walking quick is the answer.
