Have anyone tried/done the whole30 diet? Let me know. I've heard good things about it.
I love whole 30. It's good for figuring out what your food intolerance's are. You really need to meal plan, prep and cook everything. And by the end of the month it feels really limiting. I think its meant for getting on track. Not something someone can stick to forever.
