You'll probably get a better response if you post in the VSG forum. Every doctor's office has a different protocol, but I take a B12, multi and calcium daily per their instructions, might be adding iron after speaking with my surgeon tomorrow for my followup appointment. I don't use Celebrate brand, I use NOW brand for the B12 sublinguals, Bariatric Advantage chews for the calcium, and am finishing up a bottle of Trader Joe's high potency chewable multis before I move on to another (as of yet undecided) brand.

I'm 5 months post op and had the sleeve. I take, which I still enjoy, Calcium Citrate Chewable Wafers by TwinLab (http://www.iherb.com/Twinlab-Calcium-Citrate-Chewable-Wafers-Citrus-60-Wafers/31376). I take 2 chewables 2 times per day, I take 1-Chewable Centrum w/o iron once a day and 1 sublingual B12 only 3 times per week (Trader Joe's). Just had my blood work and everything came back great! B12 was not required for the Sleeve, this is something I added for energy. So my doctor told me to just take 3 pills for the entire week.
