Hello

I had gastric bypass in 2009 and lost from 280 to 135 within the 1st year. I've

Did well with eating but due to a diagnosis of MS that I've lived with for 20 years, I've

encountered recent mobility challenges. Within the last 18 months I've had to resort to

canes walkers and a scooter. Since then I have gained over 40 lbs and have gone from

size 12 to 18. This is unacceptable. I need help with diet and movement. Determined to

live in weightless victory. Thanks for your support. Dr. VadaC

I hate to tell you taht - but movement - exercise is secondary to weight loss, diet is the primary reason we can lose weight.

we also may lose muscles when we don't exercise - put strains on them.

Exercise is good for us - for circulation... diet- is what really helps us lose weight.

I started exercise more because I wanted to gain some weight. I wanted to gain muscles. And prevent my muscles loss. so far I stopped the loss.

good luck...

I hear you. Join the club.

I don't want to go on the scale because I don't want to know the truth.

4 months ago I had knee problems but it was behind my knee.

I have no insurance to see why my knee is swollen. Lucky I have no water in my knee. But I can't put pressure on my knee. Squats are out of the question. More the 30 min walks my knee swelled up.

But going on OH is helping me my brain to get back on track.

I'm 5 years out

I lost 122# and have kept it off for seven years with no exercise at all.

it is not about what you do st the gym, it is about what you choose to put in your mouth.
