I have been away from the forum for awhile. I've been attending support group meetings. My problem...I am 5 days away from 6 mos. after RNY. I have lost 75lbs and I just can't drink my shakes or protein food. I don't want to lose too fast. I started losing a lot of hair at 5 mos!!! Any ideas?
