greek yogurt

Has anyone tried this? I bought some today, there are 16 grams of protein in one cup, I thought that sounded pretty high. It's plain yogurt. Is flavored yogurt this high in protein?

I have herd great things about this yogurt but have yet to be able to find it. What did you think of the taste?

I LOVE my Greek yogurt.  I actually eat it for breakfast everyday.  I use it to make smoothies too.  I have heard some people have a problem with it because it has about 16 g sugar, but I don't.  Enjoy
