What are you saying exactly? That the type that are interested in you, you're not interested in? And the type you are interested in, are not interested in you? That would be a dilemma! Is it a physical rejection immediately, or do you allow time to know each other? And "old Men" is relative. How old are you, or what do YOU consider as old? The more restrictive our requirements. the smaller the pool we have to choose from. But it's your right, your choice. My wife is 17 years younger than I, but even now more mature than I. And she chose me even when I was over 300 lbs and in reality "an older man"! So we don't want to forget where we came from, where we were judged by how we look when perhaps a beautiful person was inside ready to come out. I mean, if you're not attractive to someone, you're not attractive, but at least give yourself a chance. No answer, just a thought. Wish you well!

World Class Fitness in 100 Words: Eat meats and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, Clean, Squat, Presses, Clean & Jerk, and Snatch, Similarly master the basics of gymnastics: Pull-ups, Dips, Rope Climb, Push-ups, Sit-ups, Presses to Handstands, Pirouettes, Flips, Splits and Holds. Bike, Run, Swim, Row, etc. hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
