So I got my 4 samples in the mail today and I was just debating whether to mix one up.....I am curious....those who use/have used it before....did you mix it with water or juice as it suggests....or could I use milk? What do you think? I would assume yes, but I don't wanna ruin it just in case. Any suggestions? I am eyeing up the Orange Vanilla cream delight....I have some orange juice I could mix with it....thoughts....suggestions? Thanks! SUz

Thanks for the info.....I usually use the milk in my shakes and wasn't sure if it would affect the taste....I like it cause it makes them taste a lil creamier.....so I guess I will give it a shot and see how it turns out! Sometimes I mix half juice half milk or water as well, but I think orange juice might make the milk funky if I tried to mix those 2 together LOL Thanks again for your input.....did you get 4 flavours as well? Just curious if they send different ones to different people......I got Orange-vanilla cream delight, strawberry kiwi burst, chocolate peanut butter, and chocolate banana explosion(this must be the one your friend threw out LOL) Take care! I thought the choc. peanut butter was tolerable but the orange cream delight whatever went down the sink. I like the Whey Gourmet. Just got some called creamy dreamy milk chocolate and it's better because you mix it with milk.

I mixed my peanutbutter and chocolate one as well as the banana one with soya milk (as I am so early post-op trying to avoid milk).  Loved the peanutbutter one and the banana one was not as good but it was fair.   Haven't tried the other ones yet. E

I used water to mix mine. Less calories and at 30 grams of protein, I felt it really didn't need any more protein to it. My final take on these proteins: The Soy one was gross - vanilla something.  It was not the Dynawhey but their other kind of protein (estro or something). The Kiwi strawberry was gross too.  I think their "Fruity" ones have more of that whey taste than the chocolatey ones.  DId not like it and therefore do not expect to like the orange one. The chocolate ones - peanut butter and banana - have flavours in them that I thought helped mask that "whey" taste that I hate so much so I very much enjoyed them.  I don't know if using milk would make it taste different, but with water I found them to be great. Hi .. I use these but only the chocoalte peanut butter and the chocolate banana.  I mix them both with milk.   I didnt' try the orange one as I haven't seen that yet.  I did the kiwi one and didnt' like it at all. Good luck!
