Hi there

It's ok to boast, that is wonderful that you are doing so well.
Just be careful and eat properly. Don't starve yourself.
The weight always comes off fast at the beginning
You are doing great and will do wonderfully before July

Keep up the good work
Oh and make sure you drink lots of water

Take care

Joyce----Today is the first day of the rest of your life

no worries not starving myself
eating oatmeal with fruit for brekkie or egg whites with salsa
snack-yogurt or cottage cheese
lunch- 2-3 cups veggies with some protein
snack-kashi bar or celery w/pb or hummus and vegies
dinner-2-3 cups vegies with some protein

it is totally working
also more exercise too

Good job. I lost 14 pounds between my 1st and 2nd appointment just because I wanted to show the clinic I was keen and they were all impressed that I did it in 7 weeks. I hope to lose more before my surgery just because they say they like to see more weight loss according to Guelph guidelines. It makes for a healthier surgery recovery.
Keep on OH and you will keep motivated. At least that is what I found helped.
