My life changed for the better. I have lost 62 lbs so far and can hardly wait to see what the next 3 months will bring. I have gone from a size 26/28 to an 18 and with summer coming that is good news.

Thank you to everyone for sharing your ups and downs as I really think that I'm enjoying the journey more with all of you along for the ride.

Congratulations - I feel the same way and thank the Ottawa WNC everyday - I am just over 6 weeks out and have gone from a 24 to 18 and love not having that 2 in front of a size
