Okay so I had another surgery about 3 weeks ago and wanted to make sure I was getting my protein in, so I decided to go back to protein shakes for a bit.  However I found out  very quickly that I hate protein shakes now!!!  So here is what I did:

3 ice cubes
4 frozen strawberries (or any berries, but frozen)
3/4 cup of Skim Milk
1/2 cup of Fat Free, No Sugar Added Yogurt
1 Scoop of Vanilla Bean Protein Powder......any vanilla protein powder will work (mine gives a whopping 30g of Protein!!!!) (it's called Iso Sensation-Vanilla Bean....bought at GNC if anyone wants to know)

Mix it up in a blender and enjoy.

I hope this helps make taking protein shakes easier....it's kind of a little protein smoothie if you will.

I like the Premier Ready to Drink protein from Costco. Tastes a lot like chocolate milk. To make it even yummier I blend it with some ice, 2 tablespoons of PB2 powdered peanut butter and a banana. To die for!!
