I know this has been asked a lot lately but I am asking again. I am headed to Port Huron, MI tomorrow for a quick shopping trip, what low sugar, low carb things do you recommend I get? Thanks so much

Hi!

I went last weekend and got some things.  Mainly vitamins, Crystal Light, sugar free hershey's chocolate syrup, S/F maple syrup, Old Wisconsin Turkey Snack Stix, and things along those lines.  Others have posted about this before and I bookmarked it.

Erica also posted this a while ago and I book-marked it as well.  I like this list because it points out what stores to find each thing in....  Hope you don't mind the re-post Erica!!!  :)

"Here is my list of "musts"

Costco:
- dried edamame
- turkey jerky (just cheaper)
- vitamin water (Kirland brand) SF
- Fuze Slenderize (case)

Target or Walmart
- Ocean Spray singles
- SF Davinci syrup (Target has a different brand name)
- no name brand Zantac 150 (MUCH cheaper OTC)
- SF Russel Stover chocolates (caramel is my favourite)
- excedrine migrane (tylenol, asprin and caffeine - almost as good as advil for headache)
- target brand "always" maxi's (half the price)
- "pump" foam dishwashing soap
- no name "crystal light" singles from Walmart - cherry lemonaid is great! (esp. with vodka)

Grocery Store (Topps, Mejurs)
- no name brand Four Seasons Italian Salad dressing mix (good for salad and for "oven fries")
- SOBE vitamin water SF
- LF Laughing Cow cheese - herb and garlic and french onion
- SF Hershey's chocolate syrup
-SF carnation instant breakfast
-SF jelly bellies

Other stores to hit:
Trader Joes - all kinds of neat food items here!
Bath and Body Works - better prices than Canada
GNC - different products and better prices
Kohls - especially for shoes!  Go before 1pm - they often have early bird specials  - (I also found GREAT sales on jewelery there too - loved it!!!!)

Hope that helps!  Happy shopping  :)
