MY FIRST OPTIFAST SHAKE!!!
So, it's not a fluke! I am still loving the vanilla shake!!! I had 3 yesterday, a cup of low sodium beef broth and some water & I was fine. Today I have had 2 shakes, a cup of cucumber and some water...I have lost 3 pounds since yesterday morning....all in all a good start. I also went to the gym yesterday & had a good hour of hard cardio. I am going again to do another hour this evening! Whoot woot!!!
