check up

Hi everyone I know I don't post often but I do try to keep up with what goes on in here. Well im having my 6 month check up today, hard to believe its been 6 month since surgery wow such a difference.  I really haven't had any problems couple bumps but nothing major found out my love for pasta doesn't love me lol. I started off weighing 267lbs 1st visit with nurse then 255 lbs before i started optifast at my preop I weighed 245lbs and today I weigh 154lbs life is going great Your Oh Friend Sandy M
