5 days postop and following the rules has made all the difference...warning long

They carry the Weider (Peach-Mango & Pineapple) at Walmart if you can't find it in Fort Erie I know they carry it in Welland that's where I bought it.

I have only tried the Peach-Mango so far and it's good.

Yes, thanks so much.  I'm playing the waiting game and reading everything I can.  Your post really really helps.  I'm going to try and print it and use it when it's my turn.  Hope you don't mind.  It all seems so confusing to me.  I'm hoping the orientation and information sessions make it easier.  I'm not one of the younger ones on this site and it is alot to remember.  I'm hoping for surgery before Christmas.
