My surgery is booked for October 27 and I start Optifast on Thursday!!!

I know how you feel, when she called with my date I actually told her she was my favorite! lol Good luck with Optifast, If you get chocolate, I would suggest decaf coffee crystals and sf hazelnut syrup, I kinda miss it lol
