OT : Decaf????

I dont think that coffee I had at 4pm was a decaf :(

I ASKED for decaf, but seeing as I am wide awake at the moment, I have a sneaking suspicion that it wasn't!!!

...or maybe its cuz I start Optifast tomorrow and that's all I can think about! ;)

G'night all....gonna try to get some shut eye. I have a big day tomorrow!!

Hi Sirene.  I think I slept about an hour the night before surgery... and I had been off caffeine for 4 months!  Pre-surgery jitters and/or excitement...
