I made eggface bites today
They were so good that the whole family started tasting, and I ended up making a second batch. First batch - leftover turkey, onion, asiago cheese, chopped leftover brussel sprouts. Second batch - ham, onion, asparagus, cheddar & fontina cheeses, with a little fresh grated parm on top. Don't know which one is better. Packed up my lunch & snacks for tomorrow - 4 eggface bites, some turkey, sprouts & a tablespoon of mashed potatoes. I can hardly wait to eat again!!
Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora. Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.
Yummy! I really need to make these!
