popsicles again

I looked up the tropical ones online and they say they are 15 calories each, 4 grams of carbs and 2 grams of sugar alcohol.

• Make sure they're not the ones with the "creamy" filling.

I think the problem is finding the right ones here.  We have safeway, metro, superstore or walmart   so unless it is a regular item at any of these strores it becomes difficult to finde and well walmart is very picked over all the time

 try Giant Tiger  I found them there.

And if you want to go even smaller amounts, I got the freezies.  Only 5 calories per freezie and 1 carb and it comes from sugar alcohols so it doesn't affect blood sugar the way other carbs do.

I can't seem to find the Mr Feeze anywhere for some reason!  Where are you finding these and am I just looking in the wrong section of the store?

Our Loblaws owned stores always have them and so does Walmart.  They are not with the frozen stuff as they are sold unfrozen. 

I see regular freezies all the time at Metro - never the sf ones.  I think I need to look closer.  Perhaps put my glasses on. lol
