1 month check up at TWH
Had my I month check today (more like 5 weeks) All good. Met with Katie she is so great to talk too. Suggested increasing calories as only getting 400-600. Gave me some good suggestions to increase fiber.
Was to see the SW too, but guess what she no longer works there and no one call or changed it. If any of you have appointments with Jennifer at TWH I suggest calling and re-booking your appointment. SW re-booked for December.
Since I didn't have to see the SW they put me in early to see the MD. Stuck me in a room to wait almost 2hrs! Not impressed for 5 min.
Down 48 lbs since first appointment but 70 from my highest so really happy with that. I have been lucky to date in that I have not had anything get stuck nor vomited (I'm sure my turn will come). Nor have I suffered from any dumping.
For me the worst is the constipation but getting that under control.
Will have blood done end of December for next appointments in January.
