Vitamin K before Surgery

I also had my surgery at TEGH. Dr. Cyriac gave me the prescription for vitamin K. I got it at Shopper's, but they had to order it in. (It takes 24 hours) as they don't usually keep it in stock. I had the injectable, but the doctor and pharmacist told me to take it orally. It had zero taste.
