Starting OptiFast with a stomach bug.
Hey Dave...I see we have the same surgery date..... March 23/12 I will be starting the Opti-fast nest Friday...Keep me posted on how the first few days go.... BTW, which hospital are you going to?

I had the exact same thing yesterday; it was my first day of opti and I had a horrible stomach virus. I missed my favourite last meal.
I will say this though, it definitely helped initially with the hunger because I had zero desire to put food in my mouth. Today is a completely different story though lol!

I start tomorrow as well and my surgery is March 23 at St. Mike's in Toronto. Had my last meal for lunch today. My good friend took me out for sushi. I'll be home tomorrow and will have 4 shakes during the day. Can't wait!! (Sarcasm) Keep your eye on the prize.
