A flat week ...... . And I was sick, so I didn't eat much at all.
AND my measurements didn't budge, so it's right!
And to make it worse, FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A YEAR I weighed myself mid-week and was down 2 lbs, which has now reappeared! If there was ever an object lesson in weighing only once per week, this is it!
Pity party over! Onward and downward .....

I disagree with her Julie, a stall for 2 weeks is not a real stall, it is a pause, after 3 weeks perhaps. If you have been losing steadily for the last 3 1/2 months than perhaps your body is just catching up with itself. Increasing your protein and exercising are certainly going to help, but personally I wouldn't be too concerned about you not losing for 2 weeks, I wouldn't be too fond of somebody telling me that I was doing something wrong if I was doing the same thing that I have been doing for the last 3 1/2 months. You are doing amazing!!
