It is normal, everyone reacts differently to surgery, and quick weight loss.  Your body is going through huge changes, between the surgery, the loss of weight and then the pschological aspect of the wls and the weight loss and change in lifestyle.
Dont worry, get lots of rest, liquids and protien you will become yourself in time.

NORMAL...you are exhausted from your surgery which drains your energy...you want to sleep, and please do as the best medicine for you right now...I worried I wasn't getting my water in ( sip, sip, sip) or my protein ( mouthful of yougurt...repeat 10 mins later...and repeat again 10 minutes later, etc etc)..so give in to sleep, and when awake please sip your water: keep a bottle by your bedside and when yoa wake, take a sip,,,if feeling more active, have a mouthful of yogurt...it's all good..then sleep some more...

You are absolutely NORMAL and on track with  your weepy/moody reactions...Your body is undergoing huge hormonal changes because of WLS resulting in mood swings ( some of us get really *****y, surprising some husbands, others become weepy and cry at the slightest mildly stressful incident at work, or when in disputes arise with family or friends...

RELAX, unfortunately part of the post weightloss package!  Some people have been so weepy they have had to take a few days sick leave from work as couldn't face or cope with their receptionist job or whatever...( *****y clients, impatient staff)...so please understand that this too will pass.....YOU ARE NOT GOING NUTS.

I know exactly what you are going through, I asked the same thing!
Something interesting I was told was as your body breaks down fat, it releases hormones that was stored there, hence the mood swings. I am just over 3 months out and still have moments! Completely normal!

Totally normal, I remember anytime I watched tv and a food commercial came on I would cry. Especially if it was KFC for some reason. Your body is going through a major change. It will get better.

Everybody goes through different levels of emotion and energy after surgery.

you should feel proud that you have taken this life improving major step.

Give it  a couple of weeks and emotions and energy should start to creep back to normal.

Congratulations of your new life!

If you're crazy, so am I!  I was very emotional for quite a long time post-op. It's to be expected.  Your body has been through major trauma, it has been filled with drugs, your hormones and neurotransmitters (chemicals in your brain) are totally out of whack due to the change in diet... Things will stabilize soon.
