I have had both chocolate and vanilla, and I have to say I really like the chocolate. The vanilla is okay, just needs some tweeking! I am excited to finally be on my optifast journey as it brings me closer to surgery! I can do this!!!!

Do you have your start date yet? Don't believe all of the horrors of Opti, it isn't that bad. Look at it as "medicine", doesn't always taste good, but it is good for you!!! I quite like it!
