tapioco
Does anyone know if tapioco is okay for week 3 or 4 after surgery...no sugar added but I'm wondering if it is too high in carbs. I'm in in week 1 (actually day 3 after surgery) and my daughter is helping me with meals and thinking ahead. Thanks everyone.

It's not too bad, there are also jello brand NSA puddings. I always mixed a tablespoon of skim milk powder to up the protein in them, tho.

Thanks Monica and onmom....excuse my bad spelling....i new it should be tapiocA.....geesh. Anyway thanks for the info the 'mouse' sounds delicious. I've looked for no sugar pudding mix but haven't had any luck yet....is it available in Canada?
