Predictable is GOOD Yvonne.  Once you get things under control and back into a good routine, THEN you change it up. Right?  :)

'Morning Karen,

I have found a good mix that I am happy with. I mean my amount and ratio of calories/ protein/ carbs /fat & fibre.

I will need to change it up a bit as I get bored easily and then I stray.

It does feel good though knowing that I can start from some sort of plan.
That I have a "control group" to start from.

Hope you are all having a good day everyone!

I should have posted on here yesterday, but I didn't, and I went a bit crazy in the evening...

The daytime was fine, but my hubby stopped at the grocery store on his own and picked up a bunch of discounted Cadbury Easter Creme eggs.  Yes, I am weak when it comes to chocolate.  If it's any consolation, I felt really sick afterward so I don't ever want to see another one in my life!

Anyway, I am going to make up for my indulgences yesterday by sticking better to a protein rich diet today:

B - 1/2 c fibre one cereal & 1/4 c 1% milk
S - 2 light Babybels and maybe a prune or a tb of pumpkin seeds
L - Premier shake
S - 1/2 c FF cottage cheese with 1/2 c blackberries and 1 tb NSA rasp jam
D - extra lean gr beef meatloaf with zucchini, onions, TVP, quinoa and oatmeal in it (and hot sauce!) plus some stir fried onions, peppers, zucchini and mushrooms
S - 1/2 protein bar

All this plus at least 2 litres of water and one or 2 cups of coffee should be plenty to keep me going all day!

Weigh in at the clinic is on Friday, so I want to have hit at least 10 lbs lost, since they are expecting 20!
