Every time I see these poo poo posts...I think of an HBO series that I used to watch called "Oz".

If anyone else has seen this show, they will know why my sick and twisted soul thinks of "THE SPOON"...

Okay this may sound weird but I saw the nutritionist today ....I am pre op and i have an allergy to aspartame, I use xylitol brand name Xylo Sweet it`s a sugar alcohol and is a great substitute.  One of the side affects is loose stool.  Also jello has new moose and pudding made with just this sweetener and the chocolate  is to die for.  And the nutritionist approved it yahoo.   A little unconventional but try the jello it will help.  Strange but true. Hope this helps.
