I wrote this on the scale in my bathroom. It hits home for me but I have a pre-teen daughter...I wanted to make sure that she saw it too.

everyone should print this out...I peruse this board and often notice people still down on themselves after 60, 80 100+lbs lost...

this would be a wonderful reminder of how far they have come...hey get it laminated and keep it in your purse~!!

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.

life is AMAZING when you continue on the right path~!. Use your surgeons gift to the fullest~!
