My Ottawa Timeline - Update
Just an update on my timeline for Ottawa in case others going through Ottawa are interested.
I have my orientation Friday, July 6th. My sleep test is also July 6th. I asked my doctor for a referral to the sleep study last week in a hope to speed things up. I was scheduled for late August but I called about a cancellation and they offered me this Friday.
It will be interesting to see what the wait time is from here going forward.

It always depends on the doctor. I had an appt with the doctor in May got a sleep study in 2 days and then got call back for an appt even though I had one in August cause I have severe apnea. I am having a followup, now that I have been using the CPAP next week.

Welcome to the line-up.
My orientation session was in April. At that time they were saying it would be a year before the next appointment. I'm interested to see if that changed. I would love it if the wait is only 8-10 months.
One thing I would ask is how recent does your sleep study have to be when you reach the next step. I didn't think to ask, and would love to know the answer. I had one done in January - no apnea :) and I'm hoping I don't have to get it redone.

In Ottawa, once the first group orientation is done you won't get a call for about 8-9 months. Then the fun begins
