HRRH One month follow up

Is anyone going to be at Humber for their one month follow up nutrition class tomorrow? 

 I'll be there July 25th.  YOu have to tell me what to expect.  I hate dieticians!

 I went last month and all that happens is you get weighed in..........the nurse will ask you if you have had any problems with incisions or surgery in general.  Then you go into the board room and the dietician will talk about what to expect when you start solids and how to to prevent any problems and ask you how everything has been going thus far.  Very basic meeting and nothing too serious or to worry about.

Thanks, good to know.   I thought they were going to go over my meal records and criticize me.

Hopefully they wouldn't have reason to if they did go over your eating.

I am at HRRH on the 25th as well for my one month follow up. I also hate meeting with the dietician!
