OptiFast 900? Is this what we need?

Someone is selling this on kijiji and I will be needing some soon but I wanted to make sure that this is the one used here in Ontario. I'm going HRRH.

Any thoughts?

Sounds like the right one... 4 pouches is 900 calories for the day.... might want to confirm expiry date though.....

That's what I took! I understand in the US there is an 800 calorie version but seems to be 900 in Canada

I don't know if they are selling as much as you need, but I have a box of mostly vanilla (i think there are a couple choc in there) if you need more. I just finished my opti 3 weeks ago so it's well within the best before date.

It's a dry product, I don't see what can really expire...

Anyway, that's what you need for HRRH.

I liked the taste, I bought equal amounts of chocolate and vanilla, but liked vanilla more, but I got sick of sweet stuff all the time.

HRRH says it's OK to drink bouillon too.

lucky! I was told at orientation in ottawa you have to buy the X amount of optifast from them, no exceptions....rip off :(

yup, that's it. I bought some from a friend that expires in October so make sure you check the expiry.

TWH was good. I told them I have enough for 2 weeks but am going to be on it for 3 weeks so I had to buy another 2 weeks. Make sense ?

I was ok with that since my DH is also going through the process and will likely need more weeks than me.
