I made it to my visit at St. Joe's. I know you have to wash and wash. But my mind went wild still.

I did have a good visit, just low zinc on my blood work. They want me to stay on the iron, which is not gonna help with being regular.

Any ideas on how to keep my zinc up I would appreciate it, please and thanks.

Good news on the results of your appointment.

Congratulations on working through your concerns about the outbreak at the hospital.

What kind of iron are you taking?  Profferin is a good one and doesn't cause constipation.

I'm taking ferrous fumarate, but I will ask the doctor about profferin, Thanks for the info.
