Stalls, Onederland and blowing minds...
For those interested, I finally got a chance to write a blog post about reaching Onederland this week. (I am still so friggin' happy about that.) I also reflected on how my opinion on stalls has changed... how I felt a couple weeks ago is a vastly different from how I feel now. I guess that is what you call perspective...(My oh my, how I have changed my tune since the stall has ended.)
I have made a promise to myself to handle my next stall better. With more grace, more patience and with the knowledge that it will eventually end...so don't panic next time. (Because I know there are more stalls to come.)
I have chosen to believe that among other things, stalls are a rite of passage. They are a necessity...because eventually, our bodies will have to stop losing weight...I mean we can't go back to our toddler weight for goodness sake...Lol
On that note, wishing all of you a wonderful weekend... I am very excited, I am off to spend a few days with my sister.... she is home from Vancouver for a visit, and tomorrow will be the first time she has seen me since before surgery. I can't wait to blow her mind !

Surgery JAN. 19th, 2012 - Down 120 lbs & 75 inches @ my last Weigh in!!!!
Our bodies are an amazing and frustrating machine...but in the end, we will continue to lose weight if we follow the program. As you know, stall's are just part of the process....and perspective is good to keep in mind next time your body decides not to cooperate.
Hope you had a wonderful time with your sister.
