I wanted to thank all of you that responded to my cry for help around Body Blitz - I went yesterday and had a wonderful time!

I wore my board shorts and got a few glances, but no hostility. For the most part, I relaxed into it and really was able to enjoy the company of my mom and sis. I might even go back one day!

Starting BMI 69 w comorbidities | 55 of the weight lost above was pre-op.
