Hi

I just wanted to update everyone on "Me" I am a year out and have lost 134 pounds.

My life is so much better, being able to do more things, I am more outgoing and enjoying
life to the fullest.

I would do it all over again in a heartbeat

Hey Liz

I am doing great. I am going to Florida to be with my boyfriend who has a condo for a month
down there.
I am working way to much 14 days in a row now getting tired

Thanks I feel good my son took the picture outside my new townhouse

I hope to be to a meeting sometime!
