Fabulous!!! Tell us more about your story!! Highs and lows?

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

 Its been 4 fabulous years,i can know enjoy all out door sports food is still an issue unable to eat meat because it causes sever pain, i stay away from all sugars i just take it one day at a time and make wise food choices  protein always first.

Bad news on the meat.  I also am having meat issues and was hoping they would go away.  What do you use for protein?

Did you continue losing over the last couple of years?

 Hi,i eat eggs,tuna,cottage cheese and fish,quinoa  i also drink pure protein and bars.and a lot of beans in which my family is not to happy with me.My weight fluctuates up and down 3lbs my weight is 140lbs and I'm a size 8 i love my rny and very happy,iv been at this weight for the past 2 years.
