CRAZY Trans-Canada Challenge: Results Week 3 (Oct.15-Oct.21) + changes to teams
RNY on 02/02/12
Well, well, well... another GREAT week ladies and gents. Here are the standings so far:
Still in the lead (but barely holding on) is The A-Team. In the past three weeks we've managed an impressive 889 KMs. That's right, people. We've walked nearly 1000 KM together. Don't know about you but that makes me kind of proud! In terms of our geographical location, we've just exited the Okanagan Mountain Provincial Park which is located a bit past Penticton.
In a very close second is Your Pace or Mine with an equally impressive 867 KMs. They're just entering the Okanagan Mountain Provincial Park. You have, unfortunately, lost a team member for not checking in. BlulzGal has been MIA for three weeks so if any of you know where she is drop her a line and she can be added back to the challenge if she so desires.
Finally, holding their own is CU L8R with 665 KMs. They're a third of the way between Hope Pavillion and Penticton. Don't be too hard on yourselves, Team C. You're working with fewer people. Unfortunately, one of your team members has been eliminated for the time being (Manda M.) for not checking in. You're also in danger of losing two more team members for non-reporting (Bunny_ears and Lizzy 54). If any of you know where they are, give them a holler and motivate them back to working for you. On the bright side, you have a new team member. Mar2 has been added to your team and she(?) pledges to do 10 KM/week for now. Don't worry - you guys will certainly be able to catch up once the teams are equalized again.
Here's the link once again for those who want to see how far they've come (either individually or as a team).
