New body composition number

I went for a fitness assessment today as part of my new gym membership promotion. Part of that was a weigh-in and also a body composition test that measures your body fat more accurately than a BMI rating.

My fat percentage 15 months ago was over 50%.

Today, it is 35%.

"HEALTHY" is between 30-35%

I was so happy to see that number, I started to cry!
