Has anyone experienced......
When I was re-admitted to the hospital for dehydration, I was put back on lovenox injections.
One of the spots was really tender and bruised and you could feel kind of a knot, or lump or bump
under my skin. I asked one of the nurses and she said it would go away in a few days. Well here I am
2 weeks later and it's still there, I can feel it and see it through my skin. The area is rather discoloured
kind of greenish colour and rough on the outside. It feels like it's about the size and hardness of a hard
boiled egg sitting there right under my skin.
Has anyone else ever experienced this? Any ideas or suggestions?
Good luck!

It could be an abcess or a lipodystrophy (death of fat tissue from an injection). The dead fat tissue makes a lump. It's probably not as big as it feels from the surface. The green sounds like a deep bruise.
Drug addicts get this and it is also a side effect of insulin shots and heparin shots. So definitely see your doctor.
I had one on my hip taken out caused by a fall on that fat-gifted area.
