VSG on 12/13/12

Hi everyone, I'm finally home & starting to feel better! I was able to get my surgery laperscopicly! However the surgeon did the surgery that was considered safest for me and that was a vertical sleeve! I'm really ok with this! I had bad nausea for the first 60 hours or so! Not a great feeling at all as I thought it would never go away! I refused the pain meds as it caused more nausea! I'm on the downhill now & feeling so much better! I think I'm going to sleep for a few days! Lol. Thanks for all your prayers & well wishes! I'm soooo happy to be on the bench!

Welcome home Sylvie. Glad to hear all went well and that you made it home safely. We have had some pretty gross weather the past 2 days. Now go to bed, that's an order. There is nothing like sleeping in your own bed.
