I'm still on vacation so I don't quite know what day of the week it is. I should be back to my normal posting schedule by next Monday. It's time to post your updates for the final week of December. I won't be posting the monthly review until I'm back home - likely Saturday or Sunday. I'll post the monthly challenge results and the winner of this month's poll at the same time.

I've been much more active this past week. I've still only accomplished 30 Km BUT the desire to move is back so I expect to be my old self soon - so watch out Team B and Team C!!

Between Christmas and New Years I took some down time. I needed it for many reasons. I only got 25k in but I am back and rested. I even got up today and went for a run. Felt great to be out there and I was not enjoying it for awhile . I will do better for the A team next week.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

BUT... I dragged my hubby along for 2.4 of em walking in the snow. W00T!

We were traveling back to Ontario but I managed to get in 20 km for Team A.
