Yeah it's a really old hospital. It's where my orthopedic surgeon's office is. I haven't used the bathroom there yet, but I can imagine they must not be pretty.

I refuse to go to that hospital for anything...thank goodness I don't live near it anymore, but even when I was a kid, it was a dirty hospital...my mother had her surgery there and had a horrible infection that flat lined her twice (shes ok now)
IMO its not a good place...
but i'm sure that it fluke and it maintains its standards....has to right?

My cousin is a Nurse at Trillium Hospital in Mississauga and her ex is a surgeon there and the first thing she said to me when i told her about having wls was to stay away from Humber because its disgustingly filthy.

Dirty as in unclean!
I remember my mom being in there and I mean food trays all in halls, no cleanup....they deliver food at 9am and no pickup till 5pm...
bloody sheets in hall on floor not cleaned up or in bins.
Washrooms uncleaned and full of filth...etc...seems like HRRH has a reputation.
I would hope they have operating standards?
St Joes is very old....but its a ok hospital....I am hoping for TWH or TEG for me.
It is an old hospital, but the nursing staff and food services staff, and all the doctors were amazing.
I had an incident when I first started passing gas and messed myself and bed because I had a bowel movement but didn't know it was coming, and while I was in the bathroom cleaning up the nurse had my whole bed freshly re done.
It is an old hospital, but I received great care there.
