CTCC: Who's around that can generate a random number for me?

I need two small favours ASAP:

1. I need to send someone a copy of my random list of eligible names for December's draw (so everyone knows the winner is completely random).

2. Someone who can generate a random number for me by going to http://www.random.org/ I need to forward the list to someone BEFORE a number is picked. I need a number between 1 and 32.
