NSV - pants falling off - Pic
Fooled ya! Only a pic with pants on.
I lost weight due to illness this past month, and I reached goal ahead of my own personal schedule. Anyway, my pants have now hit way too huge, so my sister gave me some size 8`s.
I looked at them and thought `no way` will these fit.
However, lacking options (even my sweats are falling off) and out of work this month due to illness, I can`t go shopping, so I tried them on.
a) they fit
b) they are also hanging down my hips, so they are too big.
It`s really mind warping.
I`m still trying to get in my 60g of protein a day !!!
I bought firm tofu today, but I don`t know how to cook it. I think it gets cubed and put in stir fries or soups ?

Cube it for soups, or stir fry or crumble it and add some seasoning/flavour as it will pick up anything you put with it... chili powder, etc.
Um... if you crumble it and heat it in a frying pan with some water and seasoning it has the consistency of scrambled eggs...

Lookin good ShallowGirl! You can shop online through a number of places and returns can go back to the store locally in many of them. That way the clothes get delivered right to your door. Takes a little time to get to know the sizes but the deals are sweet!

Congrats on the loose size 8's. That's amazing, and you deserve this NSV!
As for tofu - I use it several ways.
FIRM
1) cube it, season it, fry it in olive oil, and then freeze the cubes. use them for stews, instead of beef.
2) mince it with a fork, fry it in olive oil, add beef bouillon and italian seasoning, use it in Spaghetti Bolognese instead of meat sauce
SOFT or SILKEN
toss it in a blender with 1/2 banana, 1/2 apple, 1/2 orange - add some juice and a little vanilla or other SF syrup - SMOOTHIE
K. Am trying gluten free pasta (rice based) so may go with bolognese option.
