Appointment with Dr. Smith
Dr Smith works out of St Joe's and only comes into HRRH on certain days so it may work best for his schedule. I saw him before I saw the NUT and SW. It's no big deal, you have to get all the appointments, and it doesn't matter what order they go in.

And the procedure for HRRH is to see the Surgeon before doing all of the other appointments. I have come to think it is to make sure they feel you will be a good candidate before doing all the clinic visits.
Wouldn't it suck to spend the months doing it all, and get there to see the surgeon and have you go... "um... no. I don't like that surgery" and not want what they are offering.

My appointment is at 1:15. I don't know yet if it's at St. Joe's or HRRH. I should get an email on Monday with all the details and the dates for the rest of my appointments. I'm really happy that the ball is rolling fairly quickly. I'm really hopeful that my surgery happens in April or May at the latest.
