I am looking for a greek yogurt with low sugar grams and not having an easy time. Everything I see is 11 or 12 grams

I want a flavored one and not plain but wondering what ones other folks have as I am in need of some variety so I thought the board may help with this.

Any thoughts ? thanks in advance!

You will find it hard to come by a greek yogurt that is flavoured without the sugar.

I buy the 0% Plain Oiko's or PC brand greek yogurt and I add 1-2 tablespoons of Torani Suger Free Syrup to it.

As soon as they add flavour it comes with the sugar.  Have you tried the 0%plain and mix it with your own fruit?  its delicious!

Costco also has a great 0% greek yogurt. Good price and I like the flavour. I add stuff to it ad do not miss the sugary fruit they add

You can add the SF syrups or try some sugar free jams or fresh fruit and splenda.

I really like the Kirkland brand at Costco. It's thick and creamy AND you get 3-500g containers for ~$8.... best deal anywhere

Hi Seebs

I use the costco greek yogurt mentioned above and for flavour I add some SF vanilla syrup and my fav sf jam is the smuckers wildberry. Its amazing.

Enjoy,

Andrea
